Wille Edwards is the front man of Wille and the Bandits, and first played here (we think) fifteen years ago. On this tour he plays solo, and on some tunes with Harry Mackaill. They will be playing songs from his upcoming solo album and stripping back some WATB tunes to the original acoustic state they were conceived in. It's a real chance to experience the songs and their meaning up close and personal, and given him the chance go back to some of the smaller venues like us, which the Wille and the Bandits band has outgrown while they have taken on the world, sharing stages with Deep Purple, Status Quo, Joe Bonamassa and many more. In 2014 his band was voted in the Top Ten bands to see at Glastonbury. The band were picked to play the London Olympics, by being voted one of UK’s best Live acts. Willie’s song writing prowess has also seen him perform from Broadway to Belgrade and everywhere in-between.
