Join us as we open the Neo-Ancients Festival looking at Cuda (an Iron-age mother Goddess synonymous with the Cotswolds) through a contemporary pagan lens. Local archaeological remains speak to us of a time when our ancestors revered the life-giving sacredness of land and water, seeing them as deities. Meeting ancient deities and noticing their traces in the landscape is a profound way in which we may reclaim our ancestral heritage and deepen our animism. This is eco-activism imbued with the spirit of place. This event will be led by Kate Dineen and Patricia Brien.
