Dr Bike - (Drop In) Get to know your bike* better with one of our three mini-courses. Basic Safety Checks – 11:30am - 12:30pm Puncture Repair – 1:00pm - 2:00pm Gears and Brakes – 2:30pm - 3:30pm (Bringing your own bike is encouraged, but not necessary to take part). Garden Tool Servicing* - 2:30pm - 3:30pm Open Demonstrations (30 mins) - 12.30pm, 2pm Bring your garden tools for an annual refresh with our resident expert. Learn some tips and tricks for keeping your knives, hand and power tools in tip top condition.
DIY Junk Instrument Amplification* - 3pm - 5.30pm Turn old trash into sonic treasures using some creativity & contact mics in this hands-on session. Bring something to amplify, or choose from our library of junk. We have everything you need!
The Repairground - Prizes to be won!! - All Day Our volunteers have been hard at work creating weird and wonderful repair themed games - test your strength, speed, accuracy and knowledge in our Repairground - fun for all ages!
Junk Zines - All Day (Drop in) “It’s only waste if you waste it” - Learn creative ways to transform rubbish into engaging and thought-provoking zines.
