The most ambitious live music night in the South West, The Nightjar, is coming to Bath in 2025.
A collaboration with Burdalls Yard and the critically-acclaimed 7 Hills Festival, the Tuesday Music Night on the London Road aims to pair each week some of the finest award-winning musicians in the country with the most exciting, upcoming artists in the city.
And for students, Musicians Unions Members and those that can't afford it: it's free, (with a progressive and realistic "pay what you can" ethos.)
"In light of the recent loss of local venues such as Moles, it's more important than ever for us to have a welcoming creative space, where people can catch up with friends, connect over drinks and nurture live music in the city we live in," said 7 Hills founder and ex-Noah and the Whale member Matt Owens.
The first 6 weeks are crammed with an embarrassment of riches: AMAUK Song of the Year Winner Hannah White (lured from her tour with Jools Holland), Brit- Award winner and Godfather of Americana Ethan Johns, Artist of the Year Michele Stodart (Magic Numbers), 2024 Blues Act of the Year Mississippi MacDonald, Alberta Cross, AMAUK Live Act of the Year Elles Bailey to name a few.
