Bristol Museum Morning Mindfulness
This January and February, unwind and recenter with Sunday morning yoga in the Enlightenment Gallery.

Led by the talented Hannah, these energising Vinyasa flow classes are designed for all levels. Each session includes a warmup, breathing practice, strengthening flow, standing balances, stretches, and a relaxing cooldown.

Hannah’s lighthearted approach encourages participants to focus on their own body and breath—no need to be super bendy or overly zen. Her classes are welcoming, supportive, and never too serious.
