Established in 1995, North Somerset Philharmonia has delighted audiences with timeless classical favourites for nearly three decades.

Originally known as the Nailsea Concert Orchestra, the ensemble changed their name in 2023 to North Somerset Philharmonia. This change reflects their expanded repertoire and commitment to attracting musicians and audiences from across the region. With many founding members still playing a vital part in the orchestra, alongside a growing number of talented new players, the orchestra continues to thrive and is seen as a local institution.
